The Era of Everyone is an "AI Expert" is OVER

If you want to stand out in AI economy, supercharge your career or business, >> [music] >> you need to know about Cloud Certified Architect and all the other certifications that follows. [music] Anthropic, now probably the number one AI company in the world, bet 100 million on their partner network. I'm getting certified and I plan to certify thousands of people and I bring my community with me. In this video, I want to share with you why I truly think this is incredibly important. Why other content creators are not telling you about this. >> [music] >> For whom it is. Should you care about this opportunity? What you can do about it? Like all the resources that you can go and find information about. Let's get started. [music] I known about this since March. On March 12th, 2026, Anthropic launched their partner network and [music] I immediately applied. Now, I can't tell you what the status of that, but basically [music] we I was very happy to find couple of emails in my inbox and I'm going to update you more on that in [music] the future. Now, at the same time, they launched their ambassador program, which [music] I applied and I submitted my open Claude secure and safe >> [music] >> replica that was built on Claude code. Well, I'm happy to announce that I'm also become Berlin Claude community ambassador. >> [music] >> So, with that context, let's talk why I think this certification is not like any other. Normally, I wouldn't care that much about certifications. I think what you do matters more than some piece of paper. But this one is special because [music] it tests practitioners. I truly believe that the era of >> [music] >> everyone is an AI expert is over. And let me prove it to you. >> [music] >> I want you to imagine you need to either hire employees or you need to hire services for your business >> [music] >> and there's two candidates. There's an employee one that all the best credentials, diplomas, experience in the business >> [music] >> and then there is another candidate that has all the same but also is Claude certified architect. [music] And I know you might be asking like what does it even mean? Do you need to be technical? We will cover all those questions in a moment, but I want you to just truly [music] like feel it and understand what I'm talking about and why it matters. [music] So, the question here is like who do you hire of these two candidates? I leave it to you to decide. >> [music] >> But if you need to hire services for your business and you now finally feel ready that you can implement AI in your business and you have two candidates. One is [music] an AI agency or consultancy. It's really just trust me, bro. Uh we build this here at our clients. >> [music] >> And another company has at least 10 >> [music] >> Claude certified architects in their business and the client work and the production projects to show as well. Who do you hire? Not only this but I want you to imagine that in the future >> [music] >> it's going to be AIs hiring. AIs hiring other AIs or other people. Now, in that scenario [music] you would kind of think about one centralized place for that people who have [music] capabilities, right? We need for AIs to be able to index and how do you assess who is good to hire, who is not? Unless you have a process [music] and certification that is attached specifically to Claude partner network >> [music] >> and is vetted by Anthropic. In that sense, if you are in let's say some sort of database and the business in the future deals goes on Claude [music] and says, "Hey, in London, in this area, I'm looking for marketing specialist >> [music] >> who is also Claude certified architect." And Claude just says, "Hey, yeah. These are the list of people, and I think this person is the right fit for [music] you." Do you think you would go and hire? Just ask yourself how many things you bought from AI recommending you. >> [music] >> And this is not any type of AI and traffic who brought us Claude, Opus, Fabel, Mythos, that banned by government, got them banned by government, like the whole thing. >> [music] >> I will make many videos about this because we are going through the core exam, the prep, like there is so many things in preparation, and it's not easy, so I just want to disclose that. I want to share why this matters to me. Over the year and a half I had a community, and I kept it small. And one thing what I realized this year, and I think it's [music] evident in for everyone, and you can be in denial, >> [music] >> but the reality is that the gap between people who have almost superpowers >> [music] >> and people who might be left behind is really drastically widening. So, these type of opportunities like partner network or certification, the thing is, [music] it's exclusively closed for businesses. You can look it up, but to be a partner for Anthropic, you have to have at least 10 certified architects. >> [music] >> So, even if you take small agency like boutique shop, who is going to have 10 certified architects just specifically in their business? Mind you, each of certified architects, >> [music] >> that salary projection is between 200 to 300k. So, just holding that talent in your business is [music] insane. Now, it's also not available for individual people. In my community, I [music] have so many people who are independent, who had 20, 15 years industry expertise, >> [music] >> CMOs, CEOs, CFOs, worked with the government, worked with administrations. Like, the talent is crazy. [music] And I was always saying that what really matters is your domain expertise, is your judgement, is your taste, is your ability to evaluate is this good or not. It's your ability to think through the problems and really say like, "Should we use AI here or should we not?" And I promise to you, our ability to detect when we should not use AI is probably more important than knowing what type of AI to use. >> [music] >> As you can tell, I'm I'm really passionate about this because I truly believe that I have [laughter] been handed this >> [music] >> unique opportunity to bring our people alongside with me, to provide opportunities, >> [music] >> to share an ability to stand out in the market, proof that all the people are looking for. Now, let's break it down. What is Cloud Certified Architect and how do you even get it? So, I hope you already understood that you have to be part of Anthropic's Partner Network to even be able to take the exam. So, that's the first gate. Now, the other question I get a lot is like, "Do you need to be technical? Do you need to be developer?" >> [music] >> And funny enough, I'm going to tell you, you're going to hear this from an actual building architect because that was my profession in the past, [music] becoming now solution architect, okay? So, the real title behind certified Cloud Architect, and by the way, there is other certifications coming as well for less technical people and also >> [music] >> developers. But more on that in the future. So, this title, Cloud Certified Architect, is really about AI solution architect. Okay, so let's break it down. AI is just a technology. It's just the technology we have now. It's kind of like imagine you specialize [music] but you know AI technology. Okay, so before you could hear IT [music] solution architect. Same thing. Second keyword here is solution. And >> [music] >> think about it. What you are really this type of person for this role, you have domain expertise. You kind of very well know your vertical health care, finance, marketing, whatever it is. What comes with that that you understand very well the problems that industry faces. You've been with clients, you worked there, you understand what works, [music] what hasn't, and you understand even how people think. What we are asking with this role >> [music] >> is literally for you to identify problems, which means you have to sit in the rooms with executives [music] and talk. And listen. Actually listen more than talk. Okay, so identify a problem [music] and build a solution. That's all. Identify a problem, build a solution. Now the last bit is architecture. Architect's job is to actually [music] understand all the different components that are involved in the process and be able to coordinate each. This type of person like if you if it's you. You sit in a room together with an executive team, right? You can shake hands and kiss babies. [music] And basically you listen and identify and close the deals, maybe even. That's a huge plus. But then you also are able to go and talk with engineering team to manage developers and actually build a solution to the production. Now the god mode here is and why it's specifically cloud certified architect. Because what God mode here is that you can both identify problem and orchestrate AI to build your solution. So this is the direction [music] that it's going to. Okay? And regarding like do you need to know Python? [music] So I always said it's a huge plus if you do, undoubtedly. [music] If you are developer and you want to kind of transition to the higher level to more like a architect, you're going to benefit [music] tremendously. But let me give you an example. Python [music] to AI solution architect is the same as a brick to [music] an actual architect. Okay? Let's break it down. So as an architect you need to know about bricks. You need [music] to know about qualities of a brick. So you need to know where bricks are better to go and when not to use bricks. >> [music] >> I probably laid bricks once in my life on the construction site. Just because I wanted to and I was curious and I wanted to learn. Right. [music] On the same example AI solution architect right now with the technology you are not going to sit and type Python. You need to know what it is. You need to know the qualities of it. You need to know the functionality. And that is a simple course you can take on a weekends and get [music] there. And also if you work with AI, you read Python. You can just ask it to teach you. It's not rocket science. I know that tech community makes the whole AI sound like super rocket science. It's not. It's not. It's like literally variables and if statements. Why I'm too passionate about this? I think it's insane opportunity for people to stay relevant to actually solve >> [music] >> problems, bring their judgement, bring their expertise because else some young AI bro is going to swoop in. Somebody else who is not as experienced, who is not as smart, not as good, but [music] just because we know AI. We are going to take those roles. Like we use code X as well. Like we put harnesses and agents together. Like we don't use really cloud code just alone by itself. There is always different frameworks working together for their use case. The things which you learn is valuable in by itself. I'm going to link up where you can read more as well on official site.
