OpenAI just released its most powerful model, ChatGpt Sol 5.6. And since it's released, I have put it to the absolute test, and I'm going to show you five insane use cases, where it wins, and exactly how to use it so you don't waste any time. You can make more money and get light years ahead of everybody else. And if you're new, I'm Jack. I built some elastic startup with like a gazillion customers and now I'm building my own AI startups. And I'm going to show you this channel the stuff that actually works. So, if you haven't already, grab that beautiful coffee [music] and let's dive straight in. So, GBT 5.6 has arrived. It is very interstellar. I'm going to show you use cases that you haven't seen yet on this software. I have been going deep on it and it is incredible. Now, one thing we have to understand is there are three models. There's Son, there's Tara and there's Luna. Soul being kind of like you know the Earth, Sun and Moon. Basically, Soul being is more powerful and capable model. I'm going to show you exactly how that compares to Fable 5 based on my testing and some non-obvious insights that I've found and researched and discovered in what I've been doing here. So, this is the pricing. It is a cheaper basically than Fable 5. And interestingly, it is onethird the cost of Fable 5. Their best and brightest model is literally 33% of the price. Uh this is twice as cheap as GBT 5.5 um for the quality. Jumping into the very first use case, which is essentially the ability to actually ask a task. Now, I'm going to give all three models, Luna, Terra, and Salt, first of all, an actual task that we may use. And we're going to see how much it actually cost us. But before we can do that, you need to understand where we're using this brand new model, cuz there's two ways. The first one is not inside the uh cloud code operating system, but we can download ChatGpt and we can use it inside the app. Now, as you can see, going to come down here and I'm actually going to change back to the chat GPT app we downloaded. and I come in, you can see that now basically they've all bundled it into one chat GPT app. So we can use it inside the app here or if we want to we can do that directly inside code. I'm all about keeping it super simple unless we need to change it. And so we can actually do all these tests inside claude that lets us also access all the claude models. For example, I can come down here. Let me just come down to fable 5 low for argument sake. I'm going to say hey there I would like you to install the codeex CLI so that I can use the latest 5.6 models. If that already exists, just confirm so. And if you haven't got it installed, effectively, it'll just run a command for you. You open up, you log in, and then you'll be able to use all of the chat GPT models with inside Claude. If you prefer, you can also just use this chat GPT app, and you can see all of the different uh standards that you've got here and the speed and all that kind of thing. And beautiful is that. Now, one of the reasons we're using Claude is I actually want to be able to get the data on what we've used. So, let's give it a task here. Hey there, I would like you to go to the GitHub repo called Power Design, my GitHub repo, and I want you to create for me a onepage HTML presentation on Glider. In fact, make that two pages and I want you to use the codeex, the chat GPT CLI, and we want to use the three models. I want you to use Soul, I want you to use Terror, and I want you to use Luna. Give it all the exact same prompts. Let them do their own work on their own harness. And all I want back is the three HTML links. And then I also want to have from you a cost for each of those. So how much tokens did we spend so that I can essentially assess the quality and the spend of all three models. And then I'm going to basically send us one straight off using Glido. And then we can actually compare the performance and the price just to see what the difference actually is with these three models. Beautiful. And the results are in now. It's super interesting. We had sold the most powerful model which is interesting. We're looking at roughly 90 cents for that. 32 37 cents for Terara and Luna was 29 cents. Let's see how those actually compared. And obviously this was completely free because we used the actual seab. So let's go ahead up and check out. So we're going to start with Luna, the weakest one, so to speak. Okay, beautiful. So here we have Luna. So it's kind of I mean it's better than what we had a year ago. It's kind of got the text right. It's got the colors right, but again it's not really killing it. So this is Luna. Then this is Tara. Now, the spacing, ironically, on Terara is slightly worse than it was on on the weakest model, which is quite funny. I guess it's not really fully designed itself for um actually building out assets like this. So, it's a little bit odd. But then, of course, we have Soul. I mean, Soul has actually managed to capture the correct text, the correct gradient, the spacing's better. I've got a logo in the bottom left, which you'll see as I scroll up, and it's done the exact same thing on the second page. So, what we found here is that Soul obviously is the most powerful model from a design. And these powers and these skills only get stronger as we go down. But you can see it was capable at extracting understanding and going down there. So that leads on to I think pretty much the next use case which is going to be how far can we posture? Can we give it something absolutely crazy to do it? So to do this we're going to be using Clay which essentially is like a go to market machine. Now they just launched their MCP inside Claude and the chat GBT app which we can connect and effectively gives it this kind of like infinite store of like knowledge about email addresses and businesses. So essentially the idea is if we can connect Clay any question we have about getting email addresses growing our businesses it should do. So I want to give it a really tough task with this. Effectively what I wanted to do is go ahead and find all series B fintech companies in the US with 50 to 200 employees pull their funding history enrich the VP of sales with verified emails and score them against our ICP and draft a first touch email and do that for collider. How freaking crazy is that? So I've given it both these prompts and then what we need to do first of all is actually connect clay. So let me just do that very quickly. So include going to come down to the plus come down to connectors click on browse connectors and then we're just going to type in clay like so and then literally you click this opens a browser you sign in and then you are fully connected and guys I also gave the exact same prompt inside chat GBT so we can compare them used by Claude as an orchestrator and also directly and look at all these companies that found me like we just get the logos we're enriching all the 88 employees company overview latest funding we get all these different data points and it's going to put it all into a beautiful HTML for us. And just like that, of one prompt, this is what we got from basically from Clay and also using this with GBT 5.6 SO, we had six qualified accounts that matched our perfect ICP and also that data points. Initially found way more than that, but we really whittleled it down. Now with this, we've got these six companies and obviously we can go down here, we can see all the information, we can see the email addresses, we can see how many employees, how it's scored on our ICP, which defined and just really helpful information. and their email, which is fantastic. And then we got this really handy first touch email. I can come down here. I can just copy this. Literally drop that, send that off, and ready to rock and roll. All I literally did was give it a prompt and we use Clay to grab that freaking beautiful information. And now we can start the outbound. I mean, how cool is this? So, let's say that we wanted to raise money with Glider. We don't need to. We're kind of like it's all like self-funded and growing, but like I could just be like, "Dude, I want to find the best companies that have invested in voice tech startups. Go ahead and find me 200 of them and write me an email." And we can do that with Clay in this model. That's how freaking cool this is. And then if I come over here, for example, for the one that we got with Claude again using the same model, it's the same information just displayed slightly differently and it looks a bit differently. We got a few extra bells and whistles. So it seems that we've also got the growth. So we've got more information. And I think the key point here is that actually as a workhorse, and I found this guys, literally the 5.6 model is like a workhorse. It can just run and do a million things. design. We definitely want to bring in Claw to the table because it just adds a level of finesse and panaz. But ultimately, the details here are fantastic. And I do want to point out that obviously using it in the harness in the chat GBT app versus Claude is slightly different. Sometimes it's good just to pull up the chat GBD app, ask it a question, and just let it run a million miles an hour. I really like bringing in chat GBT to crossverify things, which I'm going to show you. It's really important to understand this video. Now, with Clay, we can do lots of stuff. We can source the market. So one sentence becomes a full target account list like I just showed you. We can do waterfall enrichment. So verified emails, phones cascading through hundreds of providers. They are crushing it. We client research sequence CRM sync. We got like a million things that that we can do once we connect it with this MCP. We get so many capabilities. Now this takes on to our third level which is stepping it up even further again and that's really looking at taste. And I wanted to really put it through its paces to show you the kind of thing that you can do with this new model and what it looks like from a website point of view because websites are so incredibly easy to build now with AI and how does that actually compare when you're talking about something like Fable or Opus 4.8. Now guys, I gave it one prompt and my prompt was literally build me a website that is about selling websites. That's literally it. We're using a 5.6 soul on extra high and I'm going to tell you right away, I am really freaking impressed with this. I know it's like just a H1 and we haven't gone down yet, but it it's like I've seen so many Claude websites. I think at some point unless using the strategies that we talk about on this channel and if and you know they're not as well known as they could be and maybe that's a good thing, but the point is Claude has a kind of Claude design edge to it. We're like that was built on Claude. That was built on so and so. Really freaking cool and fantastic. Actually, I like this. We got a nice little I just like what it's doing here. I can highlight different color two slots for September. That's cool. I like the balance. It's not over complicated. This is really tasty actually, you know. Again, not too I'd probably have that two lines max. Get a free tear down. Love by 46 founders. That's cool. And we have got some Now, what's interesting here, guys, is I connected this to Higsfield. And literally, cuz it's it's part of my chatbt thing. It's just added it in. It's just grabbed it and added it in. That is crazy that it's done that. Proof, not promises. Oh, that's nice. Nice little bento box style thing going on here. And you can see we got this nice arrow at the top coming down. One team, no handoffs. strateg. Okay, this is quite interesting. It's good. No, it's really good. Um, built in public, shipped in weeks. Really tasty, spacious. I'm actually really impressed with this, guys. Pretty is the baseline. Okay, I like this. This is interesting. Clear scope. No mystery maths. I I will be I am actually shocked how good this is on a one shot. That is actually freaking wild. Um, hey there, open this up for me in the local host. Okay, and we're going to actually rock and roll this and see what it looks like in a browser. And hey, guys, we can just sit here and browse it so it's not glitching here. Look at this. This is pretty crazy. This was done on one go. I mean, this is crazy. I mean, this is like really impressive. I mean, look at this. This is insane. I'm genuinely imp impressed with this. Maybe it's just because we have like a lot of websites looking the same, but for a one shot, like its design capabilities are really freaking impressive. Like, this is really, really good. I'd probably have this on three lines just so that I can get this down a little bit and I can see this in one shot, but that's probably just a spacing thing. Really, really freaking impressive. But then that takes us to the fourth use case, and it's about taking the wheel. And this is supposed to be one of the most incredible features that we get in 5.6 that it's really good at helping us get our time back by just filling out forms and actually visually seeing what's happening on screen. So I actually gave it a really interesting prompt. Now you can even see here for example and basically it's computer use uh based on this state-of-the-art 62.6 for soul 54.8 for Opus 4.8. What the hell does that mean? Well, only one way to find out is to actually put it to the test. And I gave it a prompt, guys, that will probably keep many of you awake at night. And it's something to do with taxes and finances. I basically said, "Hey, cuz I've been doing these W8 forms, W9 forms." I said, "Look, go and find a W9 form," which is like, I think it's like a company who's doing business in America. I said, "Download it. I want you to demonstrate your capabilities. I want you to fill out a dummy data, save it to my desktop. It's going to be for somebody called Conor McGregor who lives in Dublin and the company is Proper 12." Right? If you know, Conor McGregor is fighting this weekend. It's going to be very fun. But the point here is, has it done it? And has it actually filled it out for us? Well, let's actually see. I'm going to open it up. And guys, you can actually see, but it's got the address number 12 sample quay, Dublin, Ireland, demo only, sample request. It's given us a fake social security number. I'd say we need to fix the numbers. I like, hey, dude, the numbers in social security don't look quite right. Could you just make sure they don't overlap with the lines, please? But the fact that it's done this on one crack is really freaking impressive. And it's got my name right. It's entered the information in. So, literally, this can just do for you now. PDFs. And it's not that models couldn't do that before, but it's supposed to be especially competent at doing things like this, which I think just opens up so many different use cases for us. And I'm curious to see how it takes this feedback of repositioning the zeros also. And guys, oh my goodness, would you believe it's right there? To be fair, this might always have been the case. It could just be the preview messing up. There's just a cleanness to it. So again, it's freaking crushing this document stuff. I am very impressed with this. And then this leads us on to level five, which is to essentially get to the point where we take the very best of the model and combine it with other things. So how can we leverage the power of all the models, a little bit of claw, a little bit of chat GPT? We are model agnostic on this channel. We just want the best model, the best fuel for your stomach to help you crush up. So what I'm going to do here is give it a very difficult challenge. essentially head over to my claude code operating system which by the way shows me all the spend I have and everything my activity how much money my skills are saving me uh claude code and how much usage I'm actually putting in chat GBT and if all of this sounds like I'm speaking Spanish I'm going to put a link down below for the full claude code masterass it applies for everything you need with chat GBT 5.6 as well. We're talking foundations, building websites like I showed you, power features, memory systems, Hermes agent apps, building anything, design systems, all the way down to monetizing it. And we're now releasing also the Hermes agent masterass, which is the most comprehensive masterass for Hermes agent that you literally exist. It's outrageous. And you also get full access to this Claude code agentic operating system, which is everything you're looking at right now, plus loads more. Now, at the bottom of here, we've got this really cool um section which is about model intelligence because it can be tough to keep up. But what this lets us do is find out what the best model is for the best thing. So, I actually gave it a prompt and I basically said, look, I want you to come up with an idea using the CLI to use solve 5.6 and also Fable to come up with a strategy of how we can improve this model intelligence section. And I wanted to use both of them. And I want to have basically chat GBT to not only create this, but also then fact check it. So, we're going to the design from Fable and then we're going to have ChatGpt Soul to to contribute to the thinking and then cross reference everything to make sure that it actually hits mark and looks epic and actually add some really cool functionality which I think is going to be tough cuz already a lot of thoughts gone into this already. So, I'm super curious to see what it does. Beautiful. So, now we can see what it's done. But I actually had um them pulled together is who did what for Fable 5 and Saw 5.6. So, the recon was done by Cord did the audit. The strategy was both of them together. the build of both of them together they both crossverified and then chat GBT actually signed it off now let's look at this a bit more detail so called ran the operation wrote the code layer built the playbooks built a 33 check test suite fact gated soul what did soul do well soul co-authored the strategy wrote a data layer found three real bugs in fable's resolver I'm telling you guys you have to run your stuff through fable excuse me through chat gbt you have to do that caught dock rot still dates and held sign off hostage interesting it blocked it twice until the data the docs agreed with one another. Now, interestingly, who checked two here? So, soulc court fable all three demonstrated the concrete felling rosters. Interesting. And fable court soul as well, which is interesting that they're keeping each other accountable. And then if I come over to the claw code agentic operating system, it's super interesting. So, what it's done actually apart from sharpening up some of the design bits here. If I come down, I can show you we have these playbooks which I thought was really interesting. So, cheapest capable single model chat GB Deepsee V4 flash. Interesting. And I can just copy the JSON. Fantastic. and use this in Claude Hermes value draft frontier finish. So Deep Seek can draft and soul can finish cheap map frontier reduction. This is cool diverse review frontier synthesis. This is given us different playbooks based on how these models are actually performing which is cool like large parallel context ambiguous high stakes decision. So you can pick the thing that you want and it'll give you the exact breakdown of models that you need and then we can see just exactly how they're all performing on different metrics. So let's take a look at the benchmarks because if you don't understand these key details, you're not going to get the most out of chat GBT. So salt wins the eogentic stuff. Claude holds a call. I actually see in a way Claude is the if you have to reduce it to a sentence and it's when you oversimplify, you lose some detail. I get that. I'd say Claude is the designer and I'd say Soul is the workhorse. Now technically and maximum intelligence, Fable 5 does edge it, but it's a third of the price, the best, most powerful model. So, it's really freaking cool. And you can see some of the benchmarks down here, which is good. Again, as I say, Claude the artist, GBT is the engineer. It's just my kind of pull and feel with that. Now, in some cases, they're saying that GBT 5 is outpacing um Fable 5. I mean, we've done our own test, which I think is interesting. It's a great model. I just enjoy using the model. It's really fun to use. And by the way, if you haven't switched your Hermes agent to 5.6 Soul, do that immediately. It is so freaking sick. And you can do that. In fact, let me even show you now in the Agentic operating system. So if I come over here, I select Hermes agent. I can literally now, can you see I've got GBT 5.6 Soul. Look at this guys. This is crazy. GBT Soul Terra Luna and this is just going to use your chat GBT subscription. So you can do all the incredible stuff in Hermes agent. That is wild. And I'm telling you right now, I am enjoying it. Now beyond the benchmarks, couple of things here that's really important to take away here is it's near equal brain power for a third of the bill. That is code for a pretty good freaking deal if you ask me. So, I think it's got a really interesting place and you don't necessarily have to usurp the leader to be a gamechanging model and just like my vibe in using it is really fun. I actually had it go through every one of my bank statements and my entire strategy and I was like, "Hey, like find some insights in this, find some insights in that." And just ran away for 20 minutes and came back with like, "Jack, here's like 10 things that you're going to find really interesting. You're spending a lot of money on coffee." And I'm like, "I'm not spending nearly enough when it comes to coffee." So a couple of interesting graphs you here. This one's really interesting which is intelligence versus cost per intelligence index task. An idea here is you typically want to be above the up and to the left is great which is mean it's cheap and powerful. That's kind of exactly looking for and you can see GBT 5.6 so high is here from a cost point of view again really freaking intelligence and you can see the difference of how they go up there in terms of performance. I mean look at this right here. This is really interesting right claude opus 4.8 max is below 5.6 six extra high and it's cheaper. So, this is really freaking really powerful, guys. Extra high on GP 5.6 So seems to be the one and it kind of aligns with my testing on it too. And again, you can see it here in bar chart form which is super handy and a few other graphs that I'll zoom in so you can screenshot and read at your own leisure. But I just think looking at these data points is really interesting, but they can only take you so far. At a certain point, you actually need to go ahead and test that we've done. But there are a couple of drawbacks that you need to know about. First one is this. It had the highest cheating rate ever tested. So, MER measured Soul's reward hacking rate as the highest of any public model they've ever evaluated. In other words, like it's trying to scheme its way around some of the testing, which is interesting. Beyond Intent is a really interesting one, and I don't think this is really too bad in a sense because I like when my models think around corners. I like when my models think about the question behind the question. And often times we're not great at asking the right question like humans aren't. So I don't mind a little bit of spice. I don't mind spicy mode where you know one out of 400 tasks it went off. So OpenAI's own system card it can be overly persistent taking actions beyond what the user intended. Okay. So it might overstep its mark. Hey, I'm going to ask for forgive stop permission but just bear that in mind. If you're being very strict, maybe just kind of have that on your radar. And if you're on the $20 plan, it can run out pretty quickly. It's impressive for the 12 minutes. someone said, um, you're allowed to use it. Honestly, guys, I think like the $200 subscriptions are really worth it. Like, don't think of it as like a Netflix. Think of it as like an AI employee that you get your hands on uh when it makes right for you to make that investment. But bear in mind that when you're building in codeex chat GPT or Claude, you have two things happening. You have the harness, which is the systems, the skills, the processes around it, and you have the model. So, when you use the model inside Claude Code, you are obviously also leveraging the Claude code harness. But again, it can be the same model and two different harnesses and get different kind of like outputs and results. So just kind of bear that in mind when you're building with it that it isn't just the model in the ch app. It's also the harness that they develop though. You know, the model is about the weights. It's the thing that thinks it's the models we talked about and you reach it via an API. The harness itself is a system prompt, the tools, the file edits, context management, permissions, memory, sub agents, um skills, all that wonderful stuff. Now, knowing these incredible use cases is one thing, but if you don't have your own agentic operating system that does incredible things like this for you, you're leaving too much value on the table. So, the next thing we need to do is learn exactly how to get one of these cloud operating systems, which I show you in this video right
